Are you locally owned and operated?
Yes, we’ve been in business for over 10 years. Between Brad and Shane we have over 30 years combined experience in the automotive industry. We employ 7 Townsville locals.
What cars are you capable of working on and servicing?
We accept all makes and models. Logbook servicing is also provided at Brashas Workshop to ensure your new car warranty is maintained.
Do you work Saturdays?
Yes, we are open by appointment.
What payment methods do you have?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and cash. We are also merchants for Custom Fleet, Motorpass, Smartfleet and Fleetcard.
What kind of warranty do you provide with your work?
All of our workmanship is fully guaranteed. We usually offer 12 months warranty depending on the job.
How long will you need my car for?
We’ll always do our best to work to your schedule. If you require your vehicle back by a certain time, please advise us prior to drop-off on the allocated date. Otherwise, on the day we’ll be able to give you and estimated pick-up time.
